Investment
The full retreat fee is £1,111.00 — equivalent to $1,500 USD / $2,400 AUD per person.
A non-refundable deposit of $450 (30%) or equivalent £333.00 is required to secure your place. The remaining balance of $1,050 is due 8 weeks before the retreat begins.

Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of £333 (approx. $450 USD) is required to secure your place.
- The remaining balance of £778 (approx. $1,050 USD) is due by 28 September 2026 (8 weeks before the retreat start date).
- Alternatively, pay in full at the time of booking using code EARLYBIRD10 and receive a 10% early bird discount — just £999.90 (saving £111.10). Offer expires 28 August 2026.
- Payments are accepted via Stripe or Wise. Full details provided on booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before the retreat (before 28 September 2026): deposit is forfeited; any balance paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat (after 28 September 2026): no refund will be issued.
- In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.
Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Health & Wellbeing
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in all activities.
- Please notify the organiser of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility needs prior to booking.

- The retreat itinerary is subject to change. Every effort will be made to deliver the programme as described, but adjustments may be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
