My gift to you... A FREE song about Honouring yourself called Sacred Waters

Music can change our energy and how we feel. Songs can bring up emotions of joy, happiness, sadness and remembrance of times, people and places. Water is a frequency and a living energy; you only have to look at the work of Veda Austin, who is carrying on the work of Masaru Emoto. She carries out experiments on water.  Water has an energy, and she believes water has a consciousness, an intelligence and holds memories.  Her experiments are really interesting and open up a whole new path of the importance of water in our lives. 

I channelled this song a few days after visiting a sacred temple in Ubud. I feel it captures the essence of living in Bali, and how the Sacred Waters here can support our creativity and healing. 

I later learnt to play this song on guitar, as a way of honouring a friend who was dying. I used the learning of the chords (only 3), strumming and singing each day, as a way to honour my grief, and the feelings I had and the loss of my friend. By using this a process of being in the moment, singing through my heart, it really helped and supported me, for when he eventually died, six months later.
