If you would prefer to use a particular shipping method (e.g. FEDEX or DHL) please contact us before making the purchase so we can discuss the details.

Any price that Travel with Alice quotes does not include any international duties.

Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email with tracking number, TRAVEL WITH ALICE  is no longer responsible for the item shipped.

If problems occur please contact shipping agent and your local post office.

IF YOUR PARCEL IS NOT COLLECTED FROM YOUR END OR THE WRONG ADDRESS IS GIVEN AND YOUR PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER WE WILL ADVISE YOU AND HAPPILY RE FORWARD YOUR PARCEL AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
