What and why is this Journal now? I Am JOURNAL - Connection, Creativity, Clarity is an accompaniment to the story I share in my memoir, I Am Alice, Break Up, Breakdown, Breakthrough. I share what helped me create my new life in Bali, and how I navigated challenging times.
I will share the tools and techniques that I use on a daily basis to enjoy my journaling. Journaling helps me find insights in my creative life, and connects me more to my inner life and expressing my emotions to make my daily life more enjoyable and live a richer life.
