Journaling Course: Self-Discovery Through Writing, unlocking the keys to change

Why Journal? Discover your creativity through journaling. When we journal, we can access information and guidance that we never knew we had. It's also a valuable tool for personal growth and development. When I went through a period of massive change, journaling saved me in more ways I can discuss here. It also supported me in writing my book, I Am Alice Break Up, Breakdown, Breakthrough.

I created my journal to help support others going through changes in their life.
