The Power of the Mala Necklace

A mala necklace is traditionally made with 108 beads, used to count a mantra during meditation or chanting. A mantra is more than a word—it’s an energetic vibration. When chanted or sung, it helps you shift into deeper awareness, balance, and presence.

Mantra singing became a sacred part of my daily practice back in 2009. I was so moved by the energy it unlocked that I felt inspired to create mala necklaces—designed not only to wear, but to use.
