When we journal regularly, we start to channel our personal insights and guidance for our lives, and it gives us a deeper connection to ourselves and a direct line to our most creative selves. For me, that means writing my memoir, singing, writing songs, and poems, giving my soul a voice to express.

The I Am Journal is dedicated to my mother, who passed 
15th February 2025.

My Mother was a very creative soul who made intricate doll clothes and loved to give them away to children for their dolls and teddies.  It brought her so much joy. She knitted, crocheted. She would spend hours at her sewing machine making things. Being creative was her lifeline.  She had a rebel spirit, and I am sure her energy of love and creativity has been passed down to me, so I honour her.
