A Sneaky Peak into my upcoming I AM JOURNAL, Connection, Creativity, Clarity
I have dedicated the I AM JOURNAL, Connection, Creativity, Clarity to my mother, who passed this time last year. She was 90 years old and had a rich life, and I can see now she was a bit of a rebel in her own way, a determined woman and a creative soul at heart.

I am realising the gifts my mother gave me. As they say, actions speak louder than words. It was in her actions that my Mother was teaching me, not necessarily with the loving words she spoke.
I AM Journal - A guided journal for women - Becoming the NEW YOU!
I have created the I AM Journal, Connection, Creativity, Clarity. I wanted to share the tools that got me through and the new ones I found along the way. In 2016, after travelling abroad, I found a new home in Bali, and nine years later, I am still here.
The I AM JOURNAL was born from the pages written during my own transition —
while rebuilding a life in a new country, a new home, and a new sense of self. It is the companion I wish I’d had then, and I hope it will support you along your new path.
